NUSC Referee Program

Noblesville United Soccer Club (NUSC) is a recreational-only soccer club. Referees should begin their career at clubs like NUSC. NUSC games are generally a bit slower and a little less physical. This allows referees to hone their skills and provides a space for referees who prefer a less intense experience.

NUSC offers several benefits to referees:

  • All NUSC games are played at a single facility.
  • A referee mentor is on-site for all games on Saturday and Sunday to provide support and to help you develop.
  • Referees are given plenty of time between games to catch their breath before refereeing again.
  • A referee room with drinks, snacks, and AC/Heat is available for referees to relax between games.

If you are interested in refereeing, select the sign-up option to read about our rules, payment process, score reporting, and to find a game!

Indiana Soccer Referee Association

The Indiana Soccer Referee Association (ISRA) oversees all referees in Indiana. The ISRA divides the state into districts. Noblesville United Soccer Club (NUSC) is part of District 13. NUSC has its own certified assignor. NUSC works with ISRA to host referee certifications for new referees. These new referee trainings are usually hosted once in the winter and once in the summer (but the schedule is variable). NUSC strives to have a Referee Assignor and Mentor on-site for all refereed games to help develop, support, and encourage referees.
